I used one half of a gallon of distilled water and 1 cup of apple cider vinegar with the juice from about three small lemons. I have had it once a day for 3 days so far. So is this concoction doing its magic in my heart or the burning of my esophagus? I notice when I get up from sitting down or doing a deadlift i feel something in my chest. I thought the lemons would balance the PH but im no chemist.
I use it for detox and all of its health benefits.
