I really love apple cider warn and cold(mostly cold).
But one time I had left it to sit for a while, I swirrled it around for a while, then had a drink, and it tasted like alchahol, and it tasted horrible….. so if u leave apple cider to sit to long, does it turn to alchahol?
My husband is taking apple cider vinegar for his acid reflux but he cant stand the tast. I now there is a pill that he can take instead but i dont know how many mg. Does any one know how much to take and a good brand.
I’ve been using apple cider vinegar(5% acidity) and mixed with with water, a 50-50 mixture, and rinsing my hair with it every morning before school. Today after rinsing I noticed a strong vinegar smell(which smells really bad). My hair usually dries once i get to school. My question is does the smell of vinegar disappear when it dries or does it leave a smell even after it dries?
And if not, what can I substitute for apple cider vineager? This is for a broccoli salad dressing. Thanks!
Anyone have a tried and true sourdough starter recipe using natural, unfiltered apple cider vinegar?

If apple cider is fermented, it means there is some levels of alcohol then right? What proof/percent alcohol is this? Is apple cider a viable drinking choice? I’m referring to just your average cider, not any fancy "hard" or "sweet" cider, just the normal stuff…
